This private messaging channel will allow you to send us incidents you witness that you believe may require our attention. This can be urgent messages to come to a location due to a crime actively happening or simply letting us know about an anti-social behaviour hotspot. While we cannot guarantee attendance, we actively utilise this information when conducting our charitable security services.

Minimum Guarantee To Visit Your Postcode During Security Patrols

As a member, another perk is that we will ensure that we regularly make visits to your postcode while conducting security patrols. Though we will not able to do this every single patrol due to time constraints, and the days/times may vary, we do guarantee to ensure there are multiple visits to your area every single month.

Private Minor Crime Inquiry/Intelligence Report*

Because the police are stretched so thin that they often do not have the ability to investigate minor crimes, we want to offer our members a free Minor Crime Inquiry should you be the victim of such a crime. This will ensure you have more information to give to law enforcement, increasing your likelihood of having the issue resolved. The process will be as follows:

2. Eye Witness/Private CCTV Information Gathering
   
3. OSINT (Open Source Intelligence Gathering)
4. Physical Search Of The Area (For Vehicle Theft Only)

*Disclaimer: Please note that the private inquiry can only be utilised for minor crimes such as theft, burglary, assault etc. We can deem an incident to be too serious for us to reliably handle as it would require additional legal powers we do not possess. By purchasing this membership you are entitled to ONE free inquiry/intelligence report every three months. You are able to use this inquiry for any member of your household.

You will also receive a free monthly newsletter which will give you direct updates on what safety/criminal incidents are currently ongoing in your communities, what we are doing to tackle them, and potential shoutouts for members who have been very active in helping us with our work. This newsletter will be both in written and video format.
